We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Accounting Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. Responsibilities :

• Oversee financial planning and project management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Manage month-end close processes, including account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
• Provide guidance and support on technical accounting issues related to IPOs, S-1 filings, and SEC reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct detailed reviews of accounting processes and recommend improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of financial documents required for public company reporting.
• Offer expertise in navigating cryptocurrency accounting and related financial challenges.
• Develop and implement best practices for financial systems and processes.
• Ensure all accounting practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in technical accounting and financial project management within a detail-focused services setting.
• Strong knowledge of public company reporting requirements, including IPOs and S-1 filings.
• Familiarity with SEC regulations and compliance standards.
• Expertise in cryptocurrency accounting and related financial practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
