What you´ll do
Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program starting in July 2026 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in procurement. As a participant in the program, you will :
Show your full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope
Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor, and through peer exchange

Mobility is ideal. You may be required to relocate for
your rotations to different Henkel Corporate sites during your 24-month
program. Your first rotational location will be announced prior to your start
date. At the end of the program, based on performance,
you may be offered your next exciting role in one of our business units where
the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will propel your career
forward.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $72,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
