Description :

Data collection is required.

The unit has 10 beds with 28 staff members.

The typical staffing on day shift includes 1 Charge Nurse and 5 Nurses.

The typical staffing on night shift includes 1 Charge Nurse and 5 Nurses.

Patient ratios are 1 : 2.

Equipment used includes CRRT, vents, MTP, hemospheres, arterial lines, and TTM.

The electronic medical record system is Meditech.

Candidates are expected to have experience with critical drip management and arterial line management.

Typical procedures performed include bronchoscopy, CVC, and arterial line insertion.

Flexibility is essential for the best personality fit.

Weekend shifts require working 4 weekends within a 4-week schedule period.

Attendance policy must be followed and schedule commitments met.
