Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
• Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000 available

Clinic Details
Our Denton - Oak St. clinic is a spacious outpatient facility offering comprehensive orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. With an on-site SCS Residency, this clinic is ideal for clinicians passionate about sports rehab, performance training, and clinical growth. Patients range from student athletes and weekend warriors to post-op and general orthopedic populations. The clinic team is known for its collaborative environment, strong community ties, and commitment to clinical excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure excellent outcomes
• Participate in mentorship, residencies, and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in sports rehabilitation and residency training opportunities
• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
