- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details Our
Denton - Oak St. clinic is a spacious outpatient facility offering
comprehensive orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. With an
on-site SCS Residency, this clinic is ideal for clinicians passionate about
sports rehab, performance training, and clinical growth. Patients range from student athletes and weekend warriors to post-op and general orthopedic populations. The clinic team is known for its
collaborative environment, strong community ties, and commitment to clinical excellence.
Job Responsibilities - Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure excellent outcomes
- Participate in mentorship, residencies, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in sports rehabilitation and residency training opportunities
