TYPICAL SHIFT : Tuesday – Friday, 5 : 00am - 3 : 30pm (ending time varies depending on when route is complete - usually 10-12 hour shifts)

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Partners with a Delivery Driver and works as a team to provide exceptional customer service to all accounts with product delivery and merchandising. Assists driver with delivery of product merchandising within large volume stores. While at the account, duties include stocking shelves, rotating product, setting up displays, cooler stocking, product rotation, storage room organization, and the efficient movement of product from storage to the sales floor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Assist with deliveries to all scheduled accounts while adhering to all applicable driving and safety regulations.
• Unload and move product repetitively using appropriate equipment throughout shift while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Stock all windows, cold boxes, coolers, shelves and displays in retail accounts quickly and efficiently as directed by the Route Driver.
• Rotate product to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Effectively communicate issues and opportunities to the Route Driver or Supervisor as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow monthly PFP objectives
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Route Driver, Supervisor, or Director of Delivery Operations

This position requires a minimum of four 10-hour days Tuesday – Friday, with rotating Saturdays. The shifts, end times, and total hours worked may vary depending on the season and amount of deliveries, sometimes exceeding 10 hours.
