Estimated Weekly Salary

Weekly Salary Range : $1800 - $1930

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for ICU patients

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and response to treatment

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families

Maintain a safe and clean work environment according to hospital policies
