- Flows, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, process builder
- Reports, dashboards, data loading and cleanup
- Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL / SOSL, JavaScript
- MFA, CCPA / CPRA compliance
- SQL queries, data modeling, Salesforce APIs
- Integration with 3rd party tools
- Release management, CI / CD (GitHub, Copado)
- Agile project management, problem-solving, communication skills
