Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes
Provide support for benefits administration and assist in payroll processing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a small business or start-up environment
Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically ADP WorkforceNow preferred
Strong understanding of employee onboarding / offboarding processes and best practices
Familiarity with benefits administration and state and federal employment laws
