Job Title : Engineering Technician II – Product Engineering Support

Client : Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration : 2 Years (Possibility of Extension)

Location : Fargo, ND 58102

Shift : 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

The Engineering Technician II supports product engineering by testing, troubleshooting, and improving electronic systems and components used in heavy machinery. The role involves working closely with engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable electronic assemblies before production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Test, inspect, and analyze failures in electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• Perform repairs and rework following company / industry standards.
• Build and maintain test harnesses, fixtures, and prototype boards.
• Conduct manual and automated tests using TAKAYA APT-1600FD and related software.
• Document results, maintain technical reports, and update prototype test records.
• Support validation testing and assist in engineering design improvements.
• Train peers and communicate findings with cross-functional teams.
