Key Responsibilities

Negotiate complex agreements for strategic partnerships and enterprise revenue deals

Create scalable legal frameworks, playbooks, and templates

Tackle unprecedented legal challenges in commerce, fintech, and technology integrations

Required Qualifications

J.D. or LL.B and a license to practice in any common law province in Canada or any U.S. state

Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements, particularly in SaaS and technology

Proven track record with technology-related commercial agreements

Ability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments

Keen interest in creative legal problem-solving and researching novel areas of law
