Proven experience in maintenance or engineering planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and confidence using maintenance management or scheduling software. Solid communication and organization skills, with a proactive mindset for anticipating needs and improving processes.
