A company is looking for a Manager, Stop Loss.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, including workflow management, staffing, systems, and reporting
Monitor claim filings and collaborate with other departments to meet business objectives
Lead and develop the team, ensuring performance management and clear communication of expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
At least 5 years of stop loss experience, preferably at a TPA or stop loss carrier
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with demonstrated leadership competencies
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
Group Health Insurance / Benefits experience preferred
