Fairbanks, Alaska | Ambulatory Surgery Center | W-2 Employment

Highlights :

No call, weekends, nights, or holidays

W-2 employment with competitive pay

Annual Salary : $320,000–$380,000

Start Date : December 15, 2025

Vacation : 8–11 weeks / year

Malpractice + Retirement plan provided

Team-based model in a physician-owned ASC

Schedule & Practice :

Full-time, daytime schedule (no evenings or overtime)

Outpatient-only setting with strong CRNA autonomy

CRNAs manage their own cases; ~10% medical direction

Optional admin / leadership roles

Optional 23-hour patient coverage 1–3x / year (with incentive)

Case Types :

Ortho, General, ENT, GYN, Spine, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Endo

Frequent regional blocks (spinal, peripheral)

Some peds and neuro cases; trauma rare

No OB, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, or chronic pain

Requirements :

NBCRNA certification or eligible

Alaska license (or eligibility)

ACLS required; PALS negotiable

New grads welcome
