A busy, Family Owned Casual Restaurant in the West Bend is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to Help Lead their Kitchen.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities :

  • Hire, Train and Coach Kitchen Staff
  • Manage Food Inventories and Food Costs
  • Practice and Enforce Food Safety
  • Place Orders and Establish Pars to Keep Adequate Inventory Levels
  • Work Shoulder to Shoulder with Team On the Line-Hands On!

Kitchen Manager Qualifications :

  • 3+ Years of Experience as a KM in a High-Volume, Corporate Full-Service Restaurant Concept
  • Solid Tenure, No More than 2 Jobs in the Last 5 years
  • Be Comfortable Working and Leading in an Environment with Minimal Supervision

    • Kitchen Manager Benefits :

  • Base Salary Range of $55-$60k
  • Bonus Program Paid Out Monthly
