Job description

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Scheduling Outreach, responsible for leading a team of Outreach Specialists in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities of Scheduling Outreach Specialists, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and conducting performance reviews

Analyze call data to identify performance gaps and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Deep knowledge of call center metrics and performance levers

Proficiency with call center technology and reporting tools

Ability to analyze data and recommend areas for improvement
