WHAT YOU'LL DO : Accounting Manager

Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process for multiple entities.

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting functions.

Supervise and develop the accounting support team, fostering growth and accountability.

Prepare and analyze financial statements for leadership and the Board of Directors.

Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP, state, and federal regulations.

Partner with billing and payroll departments to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with the Director of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING : Accounting Manager

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

4+ years of progressive accounting experience; nonprofit experience preferred.

Proven experience supervising or mentoring accounting staff.
