Job descriptionAssist with help desk tasks : basic end-user support, deal with any Information Technology related issues - hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network. Assist with building and deploying computers - Prepare computers, including setting up new computers, clearing data off previously used computers and preparing them for use by another user. Assist with network documentation - labeling physical network taps and create drawing and documentation. Assist in documenting issues and fixes. Inventory and document IT equipment. Lifting and transporting of equipment of various weight. Clean workstations of malicious software, such as viruses, spyware, etc. Perform other related duties as required. Must have completed freshman year of college. Must be pursuing a 4-year degree in Computer Science. Must have a current valid driver's license. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Juniors and Seniors in college are preferred. Starting salary range for position : $27.00 to $30.00 Hourly. Paid Holidays. Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages. Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions .
