Maintenance Technician

Job Description : The Associate Maintenance Technician will support the startup and ongoing operations of our client’s manufacturing facility in Wilson, NC. This role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure reliable and compliant operations in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED with technical training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications :
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field1+ year of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment.Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and EHS compliance requirements.Responsibilities :
