A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to strengthen customer relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain service opportunities in Salesforce and Mavenlink, ensuring project information is current
Oversee subcontract administration and coordinate with Contract Management for accurate entries
Facilitate communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
US citizenship
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage resources effectively
