Job Title
Must reside in Charlotte or Atlanta for this role. Assigned to a strategic initiative within the CSBB portfolio focused on sales process and execution at scale, will manage, design, and develop numerous strategies, readiness, training, supporting tools and resources necessary for the execution and deployment of the initiative. Execute a lead role in enabling the initiative, working with key stakeholders including CSBB Change Governance and Project Management, CSBB Enablement teams, segment leaders, cross channel partners and external vendor. Manages a team of CSBB Initiative readiness specialists and analysts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Lead the development, organization, planning, implementation, and proficiency measurement of assigned CSBB key initiatives.
- Execute a lead role in CSBB intake, prioritization, and overall capacity management, and ensure alignment with overall business strategic priorities.
- Produce project management deliverables, communications, readiness / training, and subject matter expertise.
- Engage with Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners to ensure project review, oversight, and mitigation in accordance with enterprise risk appetite.
- Collaborate with all assigned lines of business (LOBs) and functions.
- Represent Enablement and / or CSBB overall, as needed, on assigned strategic projects.
- Promote and actively contribute to a cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with the Truist purpose, mission, and values.
- Leads a team of readiness specialists and analysts, in which case, must ensure their ability to effectively partner, manage projects, and build communications, training, and readiness.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent, with a strong focus on diversity, and mentor successors for key leadership positions and for opportunities across Truist.
