We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Pipe Bursting Equipment Operator to execute essential daily installation activities. This is an exciting opportunity to use your heavy equipment expertise and technical skills to minimize environmental impact and community disruption on critical water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Operate specialized heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, backhoes, excavators, air compressors, and 10-ton winches for trenchless pipe installation.

Set up all necessary job site equipment, including trench jacks and pipe fusing apparatus, ensuring safety and precision in the field.

Perform pre-trip checks, fueling, light mechanical adjustments, and assist with general site restoration and clean-up.

Required Qualifications

A current and valid CDL Class A or B is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience in the safe and efficient operation of construction-related heavy machinery (excavator, loader, backhoe).

Proficiency in pipe fusing and setting up mechanical winches, and connecting hoses.

Ability to perform physical labor and essential activities, including chipping / repairing manholes and assisting with service reconnection.
