Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

  • Support mechanical and process engineering activities for electrolyzer stack manufacturing
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Create detailed process flow diagrams and work instructions to guide stack production.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to define inspection criteria for incoming parts and assembled systems.
  • Partner with the engineering team to improve electrolyzer stack and component designs.
  • Work with material scientists and chemists on process development initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for mechanical or process issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering (preferably in clean energy, hydrogen, or related industries).
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with R2R (Roll-to-Roll) coating processes at full scale (a plus but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD software (Creo preferred).
  • Experience with process documentation, quality inspection techniques, and lean manufacturing (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for green energy technology and sustainability.
