We are currently seeking a Enterprise Planning Jr Architect to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool
• Experience in implementing and driving automation initiatives
• Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders
• Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment
• Analytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needs
• Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for customer / stakeholder relationship management
• Provide cross functional support
• Act as a liaison between vendor and client
