Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Medical Directors to join our growing network. The ideal candidate will hold multi-state medical licenses (the more, the better) and have relevant experience in aesthetic medicine, hormone therapy, weight loss, and wellness services.

This is a part-time, flexible role with significant opportunities for growth and leadership within our expanding national framework. Our model is designed to make the medical director role efficient, low time-burden, and compliance-focused—freeing directors from unnecessary administrative overload while expanding their professional impact across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide state-level medical oversight for telehealth and in-person medical spa & wellness clinic operations (5+ locations)
• Serve as a clinical and compliance resource for teams in assigned states, ensuring compliance utilizing our program
• Conduct chart reviews and participate in provider oversight and quality assurance checks as required.
• Collaborate on protocol development and review in areas such as aesthetics, HRT, peptides, weight loss medications, and regenerative therapies.
• Option to conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs) or oversee nurse practitioners / APPs performing GFEs.
• Represent Arora Health & Aesthetic mission, vision, and values, prioritizing patients and care.
