HFTC is seeking a dynamic Event Planner to lead the planning, marketing, and execution of high-quality networking events in the tri-state area. The ideal candidate will manage sponsor and member engagements, oversee event logistics, and ensure successful delivery of events with a focus on maximizing ROI.

This role requires someone who can work independently yet thrive in a collaborative team environment, with a positive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Event Planning & Execution :

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events from concept to completion.

Market events to sponsors and members to ensure high attendance and engagement.

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Act as the primary liaison for sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop event themes, branding, and content that resonate with target audiences.
