Location : Graceville, MNGraceville is a charming, close-knit community situated on the beautiful waterfront of East Toqua Lake. Residents enjoy recreational activities at the lake, which is surrounded by campgrounds, a golf course, and softball fields, offering an ideal balance of small-town living with outdoor amenities. Facility : This facility is part of a comprehensive healthcare campus offering a full continuum of care including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Health, Rural Health Clinic, and Critical Access Hospital services - all conveniently located on one campus. The clinic is affiliated with Holy Trinity Hospital, a Catholic facility, and serves the Graceville community with six-day-a-week staffing plus on-call coverage for Sundays and holidays. Opportunity : PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (no OB)This position offers the chance to join an experienced and engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 1 family physician and 2 advanced practitioners. As a Family Medicine physician, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative healthcare environment focused on delivering comprehensive care to patients in a scenic, lakeside community. Job Details :

• Work as a leader of a Care Team, collaborating with other healthcare team members to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care
• 32-36 patient contact hours weekly plus call rotation (1 : 4)
• Average of 12 clinic patients per day
• No OB responsibilities
• Call rotation includes one weekend per month and one weekday per week covering Inpatient / ED / Nursing Home
• Utilize established Care Processes to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care
• Practice location is 100 miles south of Fargo / Moorhead and 180 miles west of Minneapolis / St. Paul
