Requirements : \n\nMinimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience\n\nPrevious travel experience required\n\nEPIC EMR experience preferred\n\nCPI or MOAB certification – highly recommended to have active and in-hand at time of submission. However, the client will consider candidates without certification if obtained during onboarding.\n\nProfile Submission Requirements : \n\nCurrent work history / resume\n\nCompleted skills checklist (within 1 year of submission date)\n\nActive license verification\n\nCopies of all required certifications\n\nProfessional reference – at least one supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 2 years\n\nProof of taxable address (required to verify bill rate per local traveler policy). One of the following documents is acceptable : \n\nDriver ’s License\n\nCurrent Utility Bill\n\nLease or Rental Agreement\n\nMortgage Statement / Bill\n\nHomeowners or Renters Insurance Statement / Bill\n\nVoter Registration\n\nBank Statement\n\nAuto Insurance\n\nTax Return
