Key Responsibilities :
Developing and Implementing Clinical Strategies :
This includes defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical programs, often with a focus on areas like specialty pharmaceuticals, value-based care and digital health.
Leading and Managing Teams :
This involves providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to clinical teams, ensuring effective execution of projects and initiatives.
Fostering Collaboration :
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and payers, is crucial for successful program implementation.
Driving Innovation :
Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve medication management, patient outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitoring and Evaluating Performance :
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of clinical strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Strong clinical knowledge :
