Longmark Group is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Finance & Treasury Associate to join our Finance team. This role will support the firm's capital markets activities across both debt and equity, with a primary focus on credit facility management, loan compliance, cash flow optimization, and real estate finance initiatives. The Associate will play a critical role in coordinating borrowing requests, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and partnering across teams to improve processes and systems.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in real estate finance, debt capital markets, or treasury operations who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Facility & Loan Management
Manage day-to-day administration of the Company's credit facilities and lending relationships.Oversee the loan submission process, including diligence coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.Prepare, coordinate, and execute borrowing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility terms.Monitor covenant compliance and proactively identify potential risks.Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, lenders, and external stakeholders.Equity & Debt Support
Assist in tracking capital raises and equity funding activity.Support Finance leadership in monitoring and reporting on debt and equity positions.Partner with Capital Markets and Finance teams to prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders.Data Management & Process Optimization
Collaborate with Real Estate Operations to ensure data integrity, completeness, and timely submission of required information.Work with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved reporting.Support the development and maintenance of finance and treasury-related dashboards, models, and reporting tools.Cash & Liquidity Management
Assist in short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.Reconcile borrowing and repayment activity against forecasts.Monitor and report on daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity for operating and investment needs.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Finance, Treasury, Capital Markets, or Banking.Strong understanding of credit facilities, loan documentation, and capital markets.High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams.Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Why Join Longmark Group?
