Community Moderator

A company is looking for a Community Moderator (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

Respond to community member inquiries and escalate product issues as needed

Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and manage spam and violations

Track engagement and sentiment, reporting on community health to leadership

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or support within a crypto exchange or blockchain project

Familiarity with key community platforms, including Telegram and Discord

Comfortable discussing crypto-native topics and knowledge of Solana and its validator community

Strong moderation experience with Discord bots and Telegram tools

Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and stay organized across multiple channels
