Customer Service Representative
Federal Way, WA 98001
$20–$22 / hour | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7 : 30am–4 : 00pm
Provide administrative and sales support to the internal sales team through communication, order entry, and coordination with customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email.
Obtain and enter manufacturer pricing and vendor quotes.
Enter and validate sales orders against purchase orders.
Run and manage open order reports and follow up on pending POs.
Provide general office support (answer phones, route faxes, assist sales team).
Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues and ensure order accuracy.
Work Environment
100% on-site, in a busy office setting.
Involves regular computer work, phone communication, and teamwork.
Requires adaptability to high-paced, deadline-driven tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma (college preferred).
Strong accuracy and organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Able to type 30+ WPM and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Highly organized and able to multitask within a team setting.
Motivated to continue developing professionally.
