Staffmark is seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to support equipment and facility maintenance at a leading manufacturing facility in Portland, IN.

Pay : $33-$38 / hour

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment and electrical systems (AC / DC, 480 / 240 / 120V).
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using appropriate tools.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain molding machines, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and support systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and assist with continuous improvement projects.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Communicate repair needs and status with supervisors.
