Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance objectivesProspect new client opportunities & warm leads providedSocial media networkingStructuring, developing, and managing a sales pipeline within Hubspot from prospecting to closing new businessVirtual sales presentations and demos via video conferencingHost screen share meetings with clients, 80% of the timeFace-to-face meetings with clients, 20% of the timeManaging prospects and a sales pipelineCommunicate well with the teamRelationship and rapport buildingAbility to close salesLight travel requiredSkills You'd Need
2-5 years inside sales experience required with agency experienceMust be experienced selling digital marketing (websites, SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) and mass media (radio, TV, billboards, etc.)Experience selling solutions over the phone and in-personExperience with travel and working remotelyB2B sales experience requiredTrack record of exceeding sales goals and quotasWillingness and desire to constantly improve professionallyStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of communication channel operations (phone, email, and live chat systems)Proficiency with Excel and WordPractical skill level with CRM softwareExtremely curious, competitive, ambitious, outgoing and persistentExperience working and succeeding in a quota, goal-driven environmentEasily builds rapport and establishes relationships with clientsListens patiently, consultative-ly; will probe and clarify to get a real sense of client's needsGoes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve successThe Benefits
