Legal Billing Specialist

Location : Dallas, TX 75201

Type : Direct Hire

Pay : $80K–$90K

Schedule : Hybrid – In-office 3 days / week

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist with Aderant experience to manage billing, collections, and client trust accounts. This role requires someone personable and confident in face-to-face interactions with attorneys.

Ideal candidate will have :

5+ years of legal billing / collections experience

Insurance defense & cost share / flat fee billing background

Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key responsibilities include :

Full-cycle billing & collections

Matter management & trust account oversight

Forecasting, e-billing, and unapplied cash resolution

Collaboration with attorneys and staff

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
