The Project Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the management and execution of Global Operations product and technology transfers, and strategic programs from concept through initiation, planning, execution, and transition to supply chain and manufacturing operations. This will include ensuring that all requirements as a part of such programs are fully executed in a compliant fashion in alignment with all external regulatory requirements. Proven experience in complex project management and technology transfer projects is a must.

This position is part of the Global Operations function located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site (with approximately 25% travel).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Manage one or more projects as part of the delivery of multi-disciplinary, multi-site technology transfer projects / programs that deliver critical and strategic business benefits.
• Take ownership of the full project life cycle - successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one to two major projects or several minor to medium-sized projects simultaneously.
• Ensure that projects / programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Develop and deliver comprehensive progress reports, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate with project teams, steering, sponsors, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead and / or facilitate cross-functional strategy and project planning, and other required workshops or Kaizen events to ensure realization of project goals.

The annual salary range for this role is 126K-155K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
