Release Train Engineer

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events, track execution, and lead system demos

Facilitate ART synchronization events, manage risks and dependencies, and coach team members

Lead stakeholder meetings, communicate progress, and drive continuous improvement through performance metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a software development environment

2-3 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, VSE, or Senior Scrum Master in a scaled Agile environment

Proven experience planning and facilitating PI Planning events for a large Agile Release Train

Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its principles

Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira Align or Rally
