Job descriptionSeeking 2 BC / BE Gastroenterologists to join a growing practice; ERCP skills preferred but not required Competitive base salary : $543,428 plus call compensation and bonus opportunities Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Current team includes 1 physician and 1 APP, with growth planned to 3 physicians Call requirement : 91 days per year; additional call days compensated at $665 per day RVU rate : $68.86 Commencement and retention bonus available Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) investment opportunity offered Service area encompasses a 14-county region with a population of approximately 200 000 Regional referral center for medical care with full-spectrum services including fully staffed emergency department and hospitalist program Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, disability, accidental death / dismemberment, long-term care, PTO, paid holidays, bereavement leave, jury duty leave, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) profit sharing plan, CME allowance, license renewal reimbursement, and access to an on-site fitness center Family-friendly Midwest community offering affordable living, excellent schools, and a variety of recreational opportunities Nearest airports : Regional airport located 7 miles ( 10 minutes) away with domestic connections; Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport 135 miles ( 2 hours 15 minutes) with extensive daily domestic and international flights
