Job descriptionMust be a currently licensed LVN or LPT in California Minimum 2 years of experience working in a SUD treatment facility and / or psychiatric setting (Required – No Exceptions) Familiarity with detox protocols, withdrawal symptom management, and substance use-related nursing care Experience with conducting DTX-specific assessments, including COWS / CIWA and vital signs Excellent charting and clinical documentation skills Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in high-acuity or crisis situations Monitoring clients throughout detoxification and residential phases Completing nursing assessments and daily client vitals Medication administration and MAR documentation Responding to emergent clinical situations Supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering client-centered care

Location : Miracle Mile Area Los Angeles – Residential Detox & Treatment Program
Shift : 12-Hour Shifts | Paid Breaks | Full-Time & Per Diem
Meals provided daily by on-site gourmet chef
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced LVN or LPT to join our clinical team at our high-quality residential detox (DTX) and residential treatment center (RTC) for individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders .
As a nurse on our team, you will play a critical role in supporting detox protocols, conducting daily assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with counselors, case managers, and peers to ensure continuity of care and a trauma-informed healing environment.
Position Highlights :
- 12-hour shifts (day or night)
