A international automotive parts manufacturer is currently looking for a senior-level Human Resources Manager to join their team near Powell, TN for the overall administration and management of Human Resources functions for the company, across three (3) facilities, ensuring consistent and compliant integration of HR strategies and programs for all locations. The ideal candidate will have long-term and impactful organizational experience in their previous role with direct experience in multi-site HR management, as well as multi-cultural acumen with international parent companies.
Responsibilities of Sr. Human Resources Manager :
- Serve as the executive-level leader of the Human Resources (HR) department across all U.S. facilities including leading strategic HR planning, reviewing organizational policies / practices for continuous improvement, and developing the annual HR departmental budget
- Ensure HR compliance of internal policies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws / regulations with multi-state consideration (MI, AL, TN)
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement HR employee programs including ongoing talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Develops and manages the total rewards & benefits program ensuring wage / hour compliance as well as conduct annual compensation benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure equity and competitiveness
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all facilities, ensuring a consistent and positive new hire experience
- Develop and implement a standardized performance management system for use across all locations.
- Administer employee benefits programs (e.g. health and dental plans, retirement savings plans, workers' compensation, etc.)
- Serves as the subject matter expert for employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and development of management teams
- Collaborate with legal counsel as necessary to ensure compliance and mitigate organizational risk
- Actively maintain knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation to ensure compliance
- Develop and supervise HR staff across multiple facilities by promoting a collaborative and accessible culture of HR
- Develop and implement strategies to improve retention, reduce turnover, and improve organizational morale
- Promotes a positive, transparent, and inclusive work environment where employees feel heard and valued
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and community partners
- Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications of Sr. Human Resources Manager :
