As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, creating genuine connections with customers, driving rewards program enrollment, supporting product replenishment activities, and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging experience. Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first based retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results, effective communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
