BILINGUAL (SPANISH) LEASING CONSULTANT-APARTMENTS IN THORNTON

Summit Communities LLC is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team in Thornton, CO.

Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of rental units. Coordinating with the leasing team in all aspects of the leasing process, including, but not limited to : application processing, paperwork processing, pre-move in apartment inspections, resident retention activities, and lease renewal process.

Primary responsibilities :

• Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs & follow-up
• Effectively follow up on all prospective traffic by telephone, email, or letter.
• Tour the apartment community and vacant apartments with prospects and knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Qualify clients by determining their needs, eligibility, and desirability.
• Understands the company's application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in / move-out procedures and is able to explain these items to existing and prospective residents.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and courteous disposition.
