Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to dental insurance plans through inbound / outbound calls
Provide a coordinated customer experience by understanding previous interactions and anticipating needs
Build relationships with customers by delivering accurate information and resolving inquiries in real-time
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
Experience in call centers or dental insurance preferred
Ability to learn and understand a broad range of insurance products
Proficiency in desktop applications such as MS Office and web browsers
Must pass dental terminology coursework during training
