Billingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, exclusively in-person.

As a women- and therapist-founded company supporting schools nationwide and local to Illinois, our goal is to elevate your school-based experience. Position Details

Schedule : Part-Time or Full-Time

Location : In-person

Start Date : ASAP

Service Area : Student evaluations, therapy sessions, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration

Must be Billingual in Spanish!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Prepare and participate in IEP meetings
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with school special education teams and attend staff meetings
