$18 - $20 / hr + Full Benefits | Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Dean's Professional Services has partnered with a leading local nonprofit, managed care organization focused on improving healthcare access and outcomes for Texas residents. We're seeking a  Broker Relations Representative to join their dynamic team in Houston, TX.

What You'll Be Doing :

Support Broker Relations staff with daily tasks, data entry, and general office coordination

Answer inbound and outbound broker calls professionally and efficiently

Assist with Accounts Payable / Receivable and light bookkeeping

Organize and maintain filing systems; order supplies; greet visitors

Take detailed meeting notes and assist with creating documentation and procedures

Help prepare reports and technical manuals

Shadow team members to build knowledge in the Broker Relations field

What We're Looking For :

Customer service experience in a healthcare setting - Required

Experience with Accounts Payable / Receivable or basic bookkeeping

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel , and familiarity with MS Access

Detail-oriented and organized with solid administrative skills

Life Insurance License - Preferred

Position Details :

Pay : $18 - $20 / hr (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
