Senior Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and update the company operating model, refining forecasting models and ensuring alignment with business goals

Report on monthly financial results and forecasts, providing variance analyses and actionable insights for leadership

Provide data-driven insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and financial objectives

Required Qualifications :

5-7 years of experience in Strategic Finance / FP&A, with a background in investment banking or private equity

Exceptional financial modeling experience and familiarity with tools like Netsuite, Looker, or SQL

Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects autonomously

Ability to think strategically and manage through ambiguities

Passion for the environment and sustainability
