Key Responsibilities

Define KPIs and conduct performance reviews of campaigns, providing insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5-7 years of marketing automation experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration
Proven track record in managing large-scale automation programs across multiple customer segments
Experience in translating marketing goals into technical automation requirements
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures and campaign analytics
