Customer Service/Quote Specialist Summary:

Excellent temp to hire opportunity with a great millwork client for a Customer Service/Quote specialist. Work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a great team!

This is a fully remote position, training must be attended in the Western MA area with overnight accommodations provided.

Responsibilities:

·Speaking with clients and taking requests via phone and email.

·Working out estimates and pricing information

·Enter customer orders and quotes into software

·Provide order status update

·Providing excellent customer follow up

Required Qualifications :

Qualifications :

·Candidate must have strong technical skills

·Customer service experience and strong attention to detail required.

·Must be highly organized

·Prior work experience in a millwork industry a plus

Skills :

·Excellent keyboarding skills

·Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
