Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership : Independently manage complex, high-touch B2B accounts from initial engagement to design win and commercial scale-up.
• Account Management : Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with products and customer support.
• New Business Development : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry, prospecting and pitching to potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability, considering market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company's battery products, their technical specifications, and advantages over competitors to effectively communicate these benefits to clients.
• Custom Solutions : Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and production, to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements and address unique challenges.
• Negotiation and Contracts : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Mentorship : Support the development of sales team members and help raise the overall commercial execution bar.
