In this role, you'll develop and execute safety and security programs to ensure every employee enjoys a secure and supportive work environment. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 8% based on company performance.

In this position you will :

• Help develop and implement safety and security programs.
• Apply State and Federal OSHA standards appropriately.
• Develop and support safety training, maintain plans and records.
• Participate in safety committees and teams.
• Oversee audits and coordinate onsite compliance inspections.
• Lead new hire safety training and pre-employment activities.
• Manage Safety Data Sheets.
• Conduct regular security checks.
• Prepare for potential security and emergency events.
• Assist with security assessments and audits.
• Help facilitate emergency drills.
• Respond to campus alerts and support security as needed.
• Serve as part of storm, emergency, and disaster recovery teams.
