About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AV Installer to join our Engineering department. This full-time, hourly position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with audiovisual installation projects. As an AV Installer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless setup and support of AV systems, delivering top-quality service to meet the needs of our clients. This role is perfect for individuals with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for technology, providing an essential foundation for professional growth in the AV installation industry.
What You'll Do - Properly wire and install audio and video systems, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
- Run and terminate various types of cabling.
- Properly use required tools, including power and hand tools.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs as necessary.
- Accurately document the installation.
- Maintain safe and secure work site and driving habits.
- Read and understand building plans and AV drawings.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail, timeline and quality of work.
- Interact with clients in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times while troubleshooting and instructing them on the use of their systems.
Qualifications - At least 1 year experience or training as an AV installer or equivalent experience. IT/MIS experience would substitute.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Power User level computer skills.
- Good time management.
- Excellent communication skills - clear, direct, detailed.
- Self-starter, highly motivated to get the job done right the first time.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

As this is an onsite position, qualified candidate must be within 2 hours of Oklahoma City to be considered for the position.
